Seethought ("we", "us", "our") operates seethought.com, an AI image and video generation platform. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored hashed) when you create an account.
- Content you create or upload — text prompts, reference images, and the images and videos you generate.
- Billing information — plan, transaction history, and the last four digits of your card. Full card details are handled directly by our payment processor; we never store them.
- Usage data — log data, device and browser type, IP address, and how you interact with the product, used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
- Cookies — strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, plus optional analytics cookies you can decline.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the platform and generate your content.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions and credits.
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Your content and AI processing
Your prompts and uploads are processed to generate your requested output, which may involve trusted third-party AI model providers acting as our processors. You retain ownership of the content you create, subject to our Terms of Service. We do not use your private content to train foundation models without your consent.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers — hosting, payment processing, analytics, and AI model providers, bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete your generated assets at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and continuously improve our protections.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@seethought.com.
8. Children
Seethought is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. International users
Seethought is operated in the United States. If you access the service from outside the US, your information may be processed in the US and other countries where our providers operate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
