Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Seethought. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Plans, credits, and billing

Some features require a paid plan or credits. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Generation consumes credits or quota as described at checkout. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods. Billing is handled by our payment processor. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Seethought to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, or that sexualizes or exploits minors.
• Depicts a real, identifiable person without consent, including deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Harasses, threatens, defames, or promotes violence or hate against people or groups.
• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
• Contains malware, or attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Generates spam, fraud, or deliberate misinformation.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts and materials you submit ("Inputs") and, to the extent permitted by law, the images and videos you generate ("Outputs"). Subject to your plan and compliance with these Terms, Seethought grants you the right to use your Outputs for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to your Inputs and for how you use your Outputs.

5. License to us

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your Inputs and Outputs solely to operate, secure, and improve the service and to provide it to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Our intellectual property

The Seethought platform, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide, is owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform except as expressly permitted.

7. Third-party AI models

Seethought integrates third-party AI models to generate content. Your use of the service may be subject to those providers' applicable usage policies. We are an independent platform and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any model provider — see our Disclaimer.

8. Disclaimers

The service and all AI-generated Outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI Outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before relying on or publishing them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seethought will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Seethought harmless from claims arising out of your Inputs, your Outputs, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Seethought is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; the updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
