Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Seethought. Because generating images and video consumes real computing resources, the policy below explains when refunds are and aren't available.
1. Subscriptions
Subscription plans are billed in advance for each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current period. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a period unless required by law.
2. 7-day first-purchase guarantee
If you are a first-time subscriber and you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund — provided you have used only a minimal amount of credits or generations during that period. This guarantee applies once per customer.
3. Credits and generations
Credits and one-time credit packs are consumed when you generate content, and consumed credits are non-refundable because the underlying compute has already been used. Unused credit packs may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if no part of the pack has been used.
4. Failed or duplicate charges
If you are charged in error, charged twice, or a generation fails due to a problem on our side and still consumed credits, we will refund or restore the affected amount. Just reach out and we'll make it right.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@seethought.com from the address on your account, with your order or invoice details and a brief description of the issue.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
